%3Cdiv%3EEveryone%20gets%20snow%20in%20this%20minor%20to%20moderate(north)%20impact%20event.%20Overnight%20models%20shifted%20closer%20to%20the%20GFS%20prediction%20from%20yesterday%20which%20means%20a%20slight%20increase%20in%20snow%20totals.%20Confidence%20is%20still%20below%20average.%20The%20EC/GFS%20develops%20a%20stronger%20burst%20of%20snow%20in%20central%20Wisconsin%20during%20the%20mid-day%20associated%20with%20850mb%20WAA%20and%20upper%20level%20divergence.%20This%20seems%20to%20interrupt%20the%20moisture%20flow%20into%20northwest%20WI...the%20NAM%20does%20not%20show%20this.%20Not%20sure%20the%20850mb/upper%20divergence%20forcing%20will%20equate%20to%20efficient%20snow%20accumulation.%20These%20are%20the%20key%20differences%20between%20the%20EC/GFS%20and%20NAM;%20both%20camps%20could%20be%20right.%20Tough%20call.%20There%20will%20be%20a%20little%20enhancement%20along%20lake%20Michigan%20in%20eastern%20Wisconsin%20but%20it%20should%20be%20covered%20by%20our%20prediction.%20The%20combination%20of%20increasing%20temperatures%20rising%20to%20around%2032F%20and%20decreasing%20snow%20ratios%20during%20the%20day%20-%20in%20southern%20and%20eastern%20Wisconsin%20-%20could%20make%20accumulation%20an%20uphill%20battle.%20I%20don't%20want%20to%20get%20too%20carried%20away%20with%20that%20ideology. %3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cbr%3E%3C/div%3E%3Cdiv%3EWith%20the%20complexity,%20I've%20decided%20to%20forecast%20up%20to%20what%20would%20occur%20without%20melting/compaction%20and%20let%20mother%20nature%20handle%20the%20final%20outcome.%20The%20changes%20today%20are%20to%20broad%20brush...taking%20the%20map%20down%20from%20a%205-8%22%20to%204-7%22%20to%20cover%20the%20lows%20and%20a%20bigger%20area%20overall.%20The%208%22+%20amounts%20will%20be%20most%20likely%20in%20Minnesota/Iowa,%20perhaps%20northwest%20Wisconsin%20from%20Minneapolis%20to%20Duluth%20if%20banding%20is%20present.%3C/div%3E
