1:25PM TUES - Models today shifted the best chance for snow much further south, into southern WI. EC/NAM bring 1-2" to southwest WI. Kind of a big jump from yesterday so will expand the 0-1" across all of WI but not everyone will see snow. Added a target zone if for southern WI.
10:25PM MON - no changes based on latest info. Next update by late AM Tues.
8:00AM MON - A precipitation shield will cross through Wisconsin during the day Wednesday bringing some rain to the south. Models generally show 0.5-0.9" amounts south of a Richland Center to Menomonee Falls line. EC is a little wetter than GFS with heaviest amounts in northern IL (close proximity). NAM appears too wet. I've taken the conservation GFS route for now which seems to compliment WI as a whole. 0.1-0.5" north of that line with possibly a light rain/snow mix. Minor snow accumulations at best. Light minor stuff.
This will be a low impact storm event. Isolated/scattered rain showers may continue into Thursday ahead of the next storm system.
