Northwesterly wind gusts of 25-35 MPH for all of Wisconsin on Friday morning mainly, gradually weakening during the afternoon. 00EC thought the strongest gusts will be across upper Michigan possibly reaching or exceeding 35 MPH. Latest GFS/NAM weaker so I've broad-brushed the 25-35. Not too concerned at this moment.
