WEDS 8:30AM - Shifted the zones north slightly. Hot weather will be the biggest story today. An isolated t-storm this aft/tonight in the north.
TUE 7:55AM - This event has a long period starting TONIGHT, thru WEDS, & ending THU AM. Within this timeframe one or two rounds of t-storms may develop across northern WI (mainly far northern) & upper Michigan. Uncertainty with timing & details.
The warm front lifts back into northern WI on Wednesday serving as a trigger for storms. Thunderstorms are possible, perhaps one or two strong/severe storms as early as tonight. The overall setup is LOW risk for severe weather. Heavy rain only by definition...a better term might be SOAKING RAIN for area's that need it.
As we saw with MON PM storms taking a hard right turn into southern WI...cannot rule that out in northeast WI. Slightly bent down the eastern portion of the mapped zones to reflect that. Also MON PM event forecast initially looked like northern WI with a southern trend late in the event...will ma nature through another curveball?
MON 7:19AM - Chance of scattered t-storm in northern Wisconsin Wednesday and overnight into THU AM. Threat for severe weather is LOW. Just watching the evolution. Might only be FAR northern WI or Upper Michigan that is impacted?
