JUL 27, 2019 | T-storm Development Likely across Central WI

LAST UPDATE : JUL 26, 2019

The wind profile will be nicely veered again however shear is on the weak side. Low level flow near the boundary also looks weak and upper level flow is weak. In a moderately unstable environment I expect storms to go outflow pretty fast. They may be strong to severe at initiation and given strong low level lapse rates and fact storms should be traveling east along the boundary wouldn't rule out a funnel cloud or landspout-type weak tornado. Heavy rain possible but not overly concerned at this time. Overall this event appears relatively localized.
